What is permanent Jewelry?
Permanent Jewelry is a clasp-less piece of jewelry that is custom-tailored to you. You get to select from various chains and charms to find one that fits you perfectly. Once you have decided on the items that you like, you will have this combination custom fitted to you. Between the chains will be a jump ring that we weld or zap together. Once it is completed, you'll have a piece of jewelry you'll get admire forever and always.
How long does permanent jewlry last?
Our pieces are designed to last forever and always; however, its lifespan can vary based on wear and care. With proper care, many customers enjoy their pieces for many years. If you don't want it to last forever, you can easily take them off with a pair of wire cutters, scissors, or nail clippers.
How long does it take to get zapped?
Having the your permanent jewelry piece only takes no longer than 10 minutes. Believe it or not, the part that may take the longest amount of time is picking out the chain and charms to create the perfectly curated piece for you!
Does getting zapped hurt?
Absolutely not! There may be a tiny spark that occurs when we are welding the materials, however, it will never come into contact with your skin!
What pieces of jewelry can be made?
From bracelets, necklaces, anklets, and rings, we are always happy to curate the special items for you to enjoy.
What materials are available?
We have the option to choose between gold-filled, sterling silver, and solid 14k gold.
What chains/charms do you have available?
Feel free to check out our Chains & Charms Catalog! We try our best in ensuring that you will have the most updated inventory but please be advised that the catalog may not always have the most up-to-date items. Please contact us to check the status of the chains and charms that you have your eye on! We can always reserve certain items for you!
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What if my piece breaks?
Permanent jewelry is not indestructible and can break if not handle with care. Since it is a delicate chain, it can break when there is enough force being applied onto the piece of jewelry. We ensure that the jump ring is welded or zapped securely before you leave. If your piece of jewelry does break within 14 days, I would be more than happy to replace it (as long as you still have the chain/charms). If your permanent jewelry has concerns after the 14 day period, we are more than happy to repair your item with a Repair Fee. Most Repair Fees range from $10 - $20. If the integrity of your chain has been compromised, you will be required to purchase another chain. If you do run into any other issues, do not hesitate to contact me and we can see what we can do!
how do I care for my permanent jewelry?
To care for your permanent jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, including soaps, cosmetics , lotion, and perfumes.
can I walk in without an appointment?
You are always welcome to visit us at our Studio from Monday - Saturday, but appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure that we have your custom-made jewelry completed in a timely manner. If you do not have an appointment, you may have to wait if there are scheduled appointments or come back at another time when our team is available.
Do you have pop up events in other areas?
YES! We are excited to be bringing our jewelry that will last forever and always to other areas! We will have other markets and events. Please feel free to follow us on our social media to stay up to date or contact us for more information!
Are you available for events or private parties?
Of course we are! We would be honored to be there to celebrate and make your next event a special one by having our personalized items for you and your loved ones! For events or private parties, we require a deposit of $250
